The parcel will be sent out from our office in Canada, the first 48 hours once the orders are made. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.

Usually, it may take 7-10 business days for the parcel to arrive in most countries or your place.(Please note if the order has a prescription, please allow 14-20 days)
